Website eligibility requirement: To qualify for CRINEO’s coverage of SWIFT and withdrawal charges, customers must submit their sourcing or procurement request through the official CRINEO website and complete the resulting transaction through CRINEO’s website-managed ordering process.

Customers may receive assistance by phone, WhatsApp or email, provided their request and resulting order are formally recorded and processed through the website.

CRINEO covers SWIFT and withdrawal charges for CRINEO-managed orders with a product value of US$2,000 or more, excluding additional charges.

• The bank handling the transaction determines the applicable charges.
• The US$2,000 threshold is based on product value alone.
• Covered charges are identified in your quotation or payment instructions.

Service fees, shipping, taxes, duties and other additional charges remain payable as stated in your transaction documents.
